Pumpkin Pudding
Serves 10
2 3.5-ounce packages vanilla pudding mix 3 ½ cups fat-free milk 1 15-ounce can pumpkin 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice OR ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg OR 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Prepare pudding with milk according to the package directions for pie.
- Add pumpkin and spices to pudding and mix thoroughly.
- Chill before serving.
