Pumpkin Pudding

Serves 10

2 3.5-ounce packages vanilla pudding mix
3 ½ cups fat-free milk
1 15-ounce can pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice OR ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg OR 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Prepare pudding with milk according to the package directions for pie.
  2. Add pumpkin and spices to pudding and mix thoroughly.
  3. Chill before serving.
